WebtrialZ servers are housed in a Class A data center with the latest in data center management and security features

The facility features the following services:

• 24 hour per day, 7 day per week active facility monitoring and helpdesk
• Temperature and humidity control
• Fire detection and suppression
• Water (leak) detection
• Uninterruptible power with diesel generator backup
• Facility access control
• Documented structured cabling throughout.
• All physical access is logged
• Tape backups transported off-site to a secure location when backups have completed

All WebtrialZ servers are firewall protected with intrusion detection software to monitor security. Virtual Private Network connections utilize the latest 3DES SSL encryption technology implemented in dedicated firewall hardware to provide the best network performance available from any vendor of any size.

Automated monitors continuously review Oracle® or SQLServer® databases, Windows® operating system, and/or Unix® operating system audit and event logs to provide additional security for your applications. Copies of logs at any level can be automatically forwarded to our customers upon request for review or documentation purposes.

All WebtrialZ servers are isolated on an independent, secure network to further protect against any unauthorized intrusion or access to your valuable clinical data. In many cases your data is more secure in a WebtrialZ environment than it would be in your own facility.
