| Will
my data be co-mingled with data from other customers? |
| NO. All data from any WebtrialZ
customer is contained within an individual secured area within
the WebtrialZ environment on single customer servers. Data backups are segregated by customer

designated customer access to their specific data. The
WebtrialZ implementation model specifically prohibits
co-mingling multiple customer data on a single server. |

| Tell
me more about WebtrialZ architecture. |
| The WebtrialZ server architecture
is based upon 100% HP Proliant certified and maintained hardware
running the Microsoft Windows 2000 Operating System (Windows),
or the HP-UX Operating system on HP PA-RISC Hardware (UNIX).
Other operating systems, such as Red Hat Linux are available
for applications requiring a custom operating system. All disk
data is protected utilizing hardware RAID (RAID-5 and/or Disk
Mirroring, as required). All servers have dual or triple redundant
power supplies and are equipped with Remote Management capability
to facilitate efficient server management. WebtrialZ
networks and firewalls are deployed using premium specialized
vendor products. Firewalls include hardware
acceleration for data encryption utilizing the latest data encryption
algorithms. Legacy applications utilize Citrix XP family products
with additional optional security using RSA's SecureID product.
Data
is backed up daily to WebtrialZ tape libraries. Multi-Site capabilities
are also available as a part of WebtrialZ services on a custom
quote basis. |
